Signature Breakfast MenusWayne’s Eggs Benedict- Eggs Benedict using thinly sliced, locally produced, Virginia Country Ham and served with bacon. Croissant French Toast- French Toast made with a croissant served with scrambled eggs and fresh bacon or locally produced sausage. Eggs Nova Scotia- Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill, served with fresh bacon. Blueberry Sausage Breakfast Cake – A taste explosion of pork sausage, blueberries, and pecans. Served with scrambled eggs and bacon. A light fare menu is available upon request. |
