The Stonewall Jackson Inn features a different gourmet breakfast selection each day. These are served with fresh fruits, a variety of juices, and freshly brewed Stonewall Jackson coffee.  Several of our signature recipes are featured in the Virginia Bed & Breakfast Cookbooks!

 

Signature Breakfast Menus

Wayne’s Eggs Benedict- Eggs Benedict using thinly sliced, locally produced, Virginia Country Ham and served with bacon.

Croissant French Toast- French Toast made with a croissant served with scrambled eggs and fresh bacon or locally produced sausage.

Eggs Nova Scotia- Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill, served with fresh bacon.

Blueberry Sausage Breakfast Cake – A taste explosion of pork sausage, blueberries, and pecans. Served with scrambled eggs and bacon.
