Signature Breakfast Entrées
Our gourmet breakfast selections are served with fresh fruits, a variety of juices, and freshly brewed Stonewall Jackson coffee. You can even find several of our signature recipes featured in the Virginia Bed & Breakfast Cookbook!
Wayne’s Eggs Benedict – We use thinly sliced, locally produced Virginia Country Ham and serve this ever-popular choice with our flavor-packed Stonewall Jackson Hash.
Croissant French Toast – A croissant takes the cinnamony goodness up a notch, especially when it’s served with scrambled eggs and fresh bacon or locally produced sausage.
Eggs Nova Scotia – Think Eggs Benedict, but taken to another level with smoky layers of tender salmon, cream cheese, and dill. On the side: fresh bacon.
Blueberry Sausage Breakfast Cake – A taste explosion of pork sausage, blueberries, and pecans. Served with scrambled eggs and bacon.

Stonewall Jackson Inn has successfully completed the standards set forth by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination.
