How do I make a reservation?
- The easiest way to make a reservation is online using the “Look & Book” section above. Enter your desired arrival date and the number of nights you will stay. After you click the “Check Availability” button you will be taken to our reservation system where you can select from the available rooms.
Do you have availability for JMU graduation or other premium weekends?
- There are some special procedures to follow for homecoming, graduations, holiday weekends, and the like. Visit the Reservations page and scroll down to read about premium weekends.
What is your cancellation policy?
- A $40.00 service charge applies to any and all cancellations. If canceled between 24 to 48 hours prior to your arrival date, there is a charge of 50% of your reservation total. With less than 24 hour notice, the charge is 75% of the total reservation. An uncanceled reservation will be charged 100% of the reservation total. In each instance, the credit card given to guarantee the reservation will be charged.
Do you allow children at the Inn?
- Our policy is that children must be age 12 or older to stay at our Inn. However, depending on the date/situation we will sometimes make exceptions. Please contact us for approval before booking if you wish to bring a child under the age of 12.
