You probably know this already, but downtown Harrisonburg is one the hottest places to eat in the Shenandoah Valley (fun fact: we’re the first designated culinary district in the state!) We have it all — from Italian, to Caribbean, to German, to locally sourced fare. Even though there are already 30+ restaurants to choose from, there’s room for more, and we wanted to send a shoutout to some of the newest digs in town:
CubanBurger … It’s been a few months, and the reviews are in: it’s good stuff. Look for 1/2 price happy hour specials.
Bella Luna … Incredible pizza born in a brick oven. And to read their pasta offerings is to wish you had three extra stomachs to try them all. Their source their ingredients locally.
Benny Sorrentino’s … Home of the “Virginia slice.” Trust us. It’s ginormous. The pizza box is 30”. (Yes, you can bring it back to your room. We have mini fridges for you.)
FoodBarFood… It’s not open yet, but we can’t wait. Those rumors of Asian-spiced fried chicken with sweet Korean BBQ, Yukon Gold mash, and preserved lemon honey are making our mouth water, big time!
Our guests are treated to a VIP dining experience with our partners downtown. We’ll tell you all about them when you check in!
