The Stonewall "Breakfast to Remember"
Fruit Topping
This is a
much sought-after recipe
and one of
our best kept secrets. As you know, we use
this topping on our freshly cut fruit cup that
we serve with every Breakfast
to “Remember”. Many of you have enjoyed and
asked
for the recipe, so the secret is
out. Here
it is. It
is easy, give us credit

Ingredients:
8 ounces of well soften cream cheese
1 - 15oz jar of marshmallow fluff or crème (in the baking section)
The zest of one orange or lemon w/just a bit of the juice for
consistency
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation: Mix the
cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth, fold in the zest
and ginger, add juice to desired consistency. Refrigerate
over night, stir well before toping fruit. Great with
Strawberries.
